Making My New Bed.

Post

I never was any kind of genius, especially in the new tech world we all live in, but I have managed to keep my self a step or two behind the eggheads that I truly admire. The fact that I am actually logged in to this new web site with all it’s…HOLY S#IT! A flock of honking geese just flew over my house.  They were so loud they set off my annoying neighbor’s car alarm. Oh wait. Maybe the car alarm is in response to the car-booster who has been lurking the area for the last couple of weeks, according to the local newsrag. No, the cars look secure, it must have been the geese. Here it is January and these freakin’ geese are just now flying south?  Whaddayathink, Mr. Gore? It is rather balmy. I am still in shorts. Oh well, maybe I’ll tune in to Al Jazeera for the local weather report.

Anyway, I’m sure I’ll eventually find my way around all the different areas accessible on this new site. I hope to be seeing you here as well. They say “Change is good”. And my Grandmom Susie used to say, “They” are “nobody in particular, but everyone in general”.

Welcome to the abstract world of  Marck Webster.

Award winning, Long Island artist, Marck Webster has been creating artwork in various forms throughout his life. However it was not until his retirement from the NYPD in March of 2006 that he began to create abstract drawings as a full time passion.

A product of the mind expanding 1960’s Marck’s influences range from Alton Kelley and Stanley “Mouse” Miller to Peter Max and Arno . His work involves explosive colors that melt into a singular vision, allowing the viewer to connect and invent their own meaning.
